Job title: Claims Assessor
Salary: Up to £26,500
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon - Fri - Hybrid working
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance company, who are looking for a Claims Assessor to join their Travel Insurance team in Brighton.
Claims Assessor responsibilities
* Communicating with customers and clients over the phone.
* Managing an inbox
* Assess claims in comparison to the companies’ policies.
* Assist customers through the processes.
* Work to hit targets and objectives.
Claims Assessor requirements
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Claims experience
* Good telephone manner
* Customer service and Admin experience – Within an office.
