Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: Up to £26,500
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30 (Hybrid)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance company, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Travel Insurance team in Brighton. You would be joining the claims department.
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities
* Communicating with customers and clients over the phone.
* Managing an inbox
* Assess claims in comparison to the companies’ policies.
* Assist customers through the processes.
* Work to hit targets and objectives.
Customer Service Advisor requirements
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Good telephone manner
* Customer service and Admin experience – Within an office.
