GMS International Resources are in search of top talent to come on board and join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and motivated individual to work alongside a team of experienced recruiters and support our global clients.
THE ROLE:
* Identifying hiring needs within the market and creating recruitment campaigns for some of our key clients
* Producing inviting job advertisements and job descriptions
* Overseeing and vetting various online channels used to source candidates (job boards, Linked IN, Social media, Database etc)
* Screening resumes, interviewing candidates via the telephone and organising face to face meetings with the hiring managers. .
Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant
* Research the market and identify prospective clients. Develop, pursue and close deals for services and agreed partnerships.
* Tele-sales, cold calling, face-to-face sales, networking, and marketing to generate, leads, new clients, and build long-term business relationships.Expand existing client relationships.
* Manage customer requirements. Locate, interview, and reference candidates for vacancies via our internal database, advertisement, Social Media, LinkedIn, and Networking events.
* Plan the required level of sales activity needed to deliver against sales target. Very much a target driven role.
* Negotiation of Fees, Margin percentages, Client budgets, candidate pay, and salaries.

* NO Threshold, earn commission on every deal!
