We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Procurement Specialist to work with a Local Police Authority to ensure commercial strategies and undertakings are managed effectively.
Job responsibilities include:
- Taking a lead role on procurement activities
- Ensuring strategies are developed prior to the start of projects
- Managing the acquisition process
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Ensuring relevant legislations are adhered to throughout the procurement process
Candidate requirements:
- MCIPS Professional Qualification
- IACCM Qualification
- Experience of working within the public sector
- Security clearance is required for this role
