Up to £26k according to experience

Our client is looking for a good detail conscious, organised administrator to join their small friendly team in OX44 just outside Oxford. It is a rural location for which you will require your own transport. It is an office based role.

You will be supporting Case Managers to manage individual clients in order to promote their independence and maximise quality of life.

You will be assisting with scheduling of appointments, gathering and maintaining records, coordination with other parties involved in the client's case, and general admin assistance to the team.

You will be answering the phone, taking messages and actioning the calls, replying to client emails, scanning confidential documents, preparing meeting documents and putting together claim packs.

We would like to hear from someone who has at least 2 years office administration experience, has a confident business phone manner, good written English, is IT literate with good MS Office skills, is able to compose business emails and reports and who is organised, detail conscious and people focussed.
