This is an excellent organisation who support people with disabilities to have a more independent quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring calls and emails to ensure they follow data protection 
Analysing and reporting data trends
Coaching and training the team where necessary 
Ensuring the team provide a positive process for customers What you'll need to apply

Previous Quality Assurance experience within a contact centre or a customer service environment
Excellent communication skillsWhat you'll get in return for your talents

Basic salary of £35,500
