Eclipse Recruitment are working with a well-established housing developer who specialise in affordable and mixed use design and build projects across South Wales.
Our client are looking for an Assistant QS & Intermediate QS to add to their sucessful commercial team.
Duties will include the day to day financial and cost control and reporting of one or more developments from the award up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery / discharge of all retentions.
Previous experience of quantity surveying is necessary, ideally within the housing sector and commercial environment. The applicant should have (or currently undertaking) a construction / QS degree or equivalent qualification.
