Our Cardiff office is growing again! We are looking to appoint a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team.

Academics are looking to appoint a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant for our Cardiff Office.

We are looking to add to our successful office in Cardiff. We are looking for someone who is keen, eager to learn and who wants a career in recruitment.

An interest in the education sector would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. The position is a full 360 degree role - resourcing candidates and building relationships with local schools.

We're much more people led than structure & process, compared with most of our competitors. The business is friendly and sociable, but you can still typically expect to earn 50% more with us than you would in most recruitment consultant roles.

You must have excellent communication skills and be a people person.

You must be driven and enthusiastic.

Our Cardiff office will be celebrating 10 years this year providing a fantastic service to our schools and candidates.

We'll provide the environment, education recruitment training, and support you need, to be a great Education Recruitment Consultant and we'll pay you accordingly - your realistic earnings in our Cardiff office are likely to be £45-£50k once you are fully up and running. We also offer 27 days holiday (rising to a maximum 32).
