PRODUCTION OPERATOR
PERMANENT FULL TIME
CARDIFF
STARTING £11.55 - £13.81 per hour
RSW have been given a great opportunity to recruit for production operatives to join our client based in Cardiff. These are permanent positions with a well-established manufacturing company with an opportunity to progress. Due to location, own transport is essential.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure all orders are completed to Company standards.
* Completing job cards and quality documents
* Ensure Health and Safety is always followed, and correct PPE is worn.
* Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
Candidate Skills and Attributes:
* Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem.
* Manufacturing experience within a Production environment is beneficial.
* Positive work ethic
* Team Player
* Be flexible and adaptable.
Hours of Work and Pay:
This is a 3-shift position on a 3-week rotational basis.
6am-2pm Monday to Friday (week 1)
2pm-10.00pm Monday to Friday (week 2)
10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday (Week 3)
£11.55 per hour Level 1
£11.88 per hour Level 2
£12.45 per hour Level 3
£13.34 per hour Level 4
10% uplift on afternoon shifts
30% Uplift on nights shifts
