Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced home manager to be based in Leamington spa, The Home Currently has a CQC rating of Overall Good with a Requires Improvement in Well Led and has a split of 10% Local authority and 90% Private funding.
My client is looking for a care driven candidate with at least 3 years' experience as a Home Manager or 4 Years as Deputy Manager, a hand over can be provided to set up the candidate for success.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience and understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving Overall Good Reports.
The company are looking for a candidate that inspires with a positive personality, always wanting to motivate and positively push their team to provide expert nurturing care for its residents, someone who can hit KPI's as well as provide support for colleagues as a point of contact for any concerns.

Requirements

* 3 Years Nursing Home Manager experience or 4 Years Deputy Experience

* RGN or RMN Qualification (Essential)

* Experience working within a Small Nursing Home

* Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.

* Willing to take on additional Clinical responsibilities.

Location
The home is based in Leamington spa and is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Southam, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Wellesbourne, Stoneleigh and Kineton.

Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager with experience managing a Small to Medium Nursing home with Overall Good CQC rating, candidate must have the ability to run an effective Nursing Home providing a confident mix of Clinical and Management leadership.
