Working for one of the most desirable companies that Stoke has to offer, this is an opportunity to get stuck into a project focused role within a bespoke and creative bid writing team.
With no allowance for copying and pasting here, this is a bid writing team with a passion and a vision – to offer the most bespoke, considered and successful services to their UK based clients.
You’ll manage a small team of writers and seniors, ensuring tenders are created and handed in to deadline with a bespoke and creative pitch giving the best chance for success.
Working towards internal and external deadlines,
Supporting in the creation and review of proposals,
Reviewing questions ensuring the right tone and content is used,
Lead the team to success through a variety of mentoring and coaching methods,
Take the lead in meetings with the team, before passing on reports and details to senior leaders
It is critical for this role that you have worked within bid and tender writing previously and are committed to bespoke, unique proposals – no copying and pasting! You’ll be a senior or manager already and will understand the urgency of deadlines and correct content.
