Customer Service Advisor. Fully onsite.

Private Health Insurance, pension, 33 days holiday including bank holidays.Full time, 8.30am-5.00pm.

Working for a global OEM, market leader in manufacturing and engineering.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities and duties:

To be the first point of contact when end-users contact the office for either consumables, parts or service enquiries (phone calls and email).
To direct all end-user enquiries to the relevant department.
To assist the end-user with any parts and consumables enquires that they may have. Full training on how to obtain and research this information will be provided.
To process all consumable and part orders when placed.
To assist with the requisition of parts. This includes ordering in items when not in stock, to process and take parts from stores, to return all unused parts and to purchase all used items.
To assist our accounts department answering all invoice enquires and chasing unpaid account balances when needed.
To assist with any other task that comes into the office.
Customer Service Advisor skills Required:

Attention to detail.
Office based customer service and administration
Excellent customer service skills.
A moderate to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
