Our Wolverhampton based client is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader from the financial sector to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
Oversee the performance of the team

Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team
Effectively develop plans to hit the team targets
Supporting individuals
Ensuring continuous development of staff
