Offering £28,000 Basic Salary plus OTE £47,500+ and benefits.
Our client is an impressive Car retailer, with state-of-the-art facilities at their Harrogate site. With a proven track record to complement their organic growth projections, our client is now recruiting an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their established Sales team.
With a dedicated in-house buying team that sources only the best cars from all around the country, a hard sell is not required, as the vehicles tend to sell themselves! Our client prides themselves on delivering outstanding, honest and reliable customer services.
The successful candidate will have proven Car Sales experience, be customer focused, sales driven and passionate in providing vehicles that best fit a customer’s requirements.
Car Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities:
* Deal with online and telephone customer enquiries, with the objective of inviting a customer onsite to see the excellent selection of vehicles available.
* Be customer focused and able to build rapport well via telephone, email and face-to-face.
* Able to listen and understand a customer needs, identify vehicles that best suit a customer’s requirements, talking through suitable cars and their features.
* Perform demonstrations and test drives.
* Take ownership of Sales from initial prospects, through to completion of sale, including Finance, Extended Warrantee and Paint Protection options.
* With strong attention to detail, completing all necessary paperwork.
Car Sales Executive – Skills & Experience
* Experienced Car Sales professional, ideal.
* Possess a solid understanding of car makes, models and specification, able to discuss a car’s key features and benefits with ease.
* Have strong communication skills and able to build rapport well with customers via telephone, email and face-to-face.
* Passionate about delivering high quality customer service.
* Be a supportive team player with the confidence to work on own initiative.
* Possess a Full UK driving licence.
The Car Sales Executive position is offering £28,000 basic salary OTE £47,000+ plus benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our client’s site in Harrogate.
Working 9.30am – 6pm, 5 days over 7, including Saturday and Sunday (11am – 5pm).
