Field Sales / Door-To-Door Sales Role
Optima Site Solutions are actively searching for multiple Field Sales candidates to come and join a client of ours who are growing at a rapid rate across all parts of the country working within an exciting up and coming sector. We are able to offer both full time salaried positions as well as the option of self-employed commission only packages if desired.
If successful you will be joining an already established sales team where your role is to be the ‘face’ of the company, representing their brand within your area and introducing their products and services to potential new customers.
As this is a full-time, field-based sales role so you must hold a valid Full UK Driving License.
Full Time Package
* Competitive basic salary of £25,000 + Company car.
* Uncapped commission – expected earnings up to £60k in first year.
* Top earners are exceeding £80k in the last 12 months.
* Fuel card provided so no expenses incurred.

The Role
* Door-to-door selling into assigned territories.
* Pitching and closing sales.
* Engaging professionally with existing and potential customers.
* Updating of customer database.
Experience Required
* At least 12-months' sales experience.
* Preferably previous door-to-door sales experience is desirable but not required.
* Previous face-to-face sales is a must.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A full driving license
