As a Team Leader, you will have responsibility for the management of the Accident Assist Team reporting to the Head of Customer Experience.

Based in our office facility at Bradley Business Park, Huddersfield, the successful candidate will have a Customer Service, Team Leader, Insurance Motor Claims or Accident Management background.

As a Call Centre Team Leader you will Ideally have:

* Experience operating at supervisory level or above within an Accident Assist, Claims Centre or Call Centre within the vehicle accident repair or similar Customer Service sector.

* Ability to embed a sales mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of delivering exceptional service while delivering good sales conversions

* Knowledge & experience in customer service best practices

* Experience of operating in a client facing role

* Proficiency in working to service levels and performance measures.

* Knowledge of the vehicle accident repair process.

As a Call Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

* Identifying sales opportunities during customer interactions and coach team members on effective objection handling techniques.

* Motivating and developing team of Customer Service Advisors

* Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met.

* Embedding a sales mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of delivering exceptional service while driving sales.

* Ensure all systems and records are updated and maintained promptly.

* Monitoring call traffic and call handler efficiency.

* Quality assurance.

* Driving efficiency and performance.

* The implementation of best practices.

* Recruitment, training and mentoring to get the best out of the team.

* Reporting of KPIs/MI/SLAs.

Should you be successful for the Call Centre Team Leader role, you will be subject to various checks, including a basic DBS disclosure and references.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year with realistic earnings of £30,000 to £34,000 including bonus.
