The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Permanent Goods In Supervisor for our client based in Leeds.
The Goods In Supervisor will be responsible for a team of 5 Operatives managing the Goods In department. Deliveries are made via Containers, 3rd Party Logistics & Shunts from their other warehouse, also based in Leeds.
Shift Patterns:
6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS!) with a 30 minute break.
You will be responsible for:
Receiving and Supervising Goods In
Ensuring stock is correctly put away into designated areas by yourself and your team
Ensure all stock is checked in and booked in correctly
Checking pallets received to paperwork
Managing the shunt deliveries from our other Warehouses
Driving the forklift
Working with the team to ensure goods are unloaded carefully
Recording damages
Training & Developing Team Members
Liaising with the Warehouse Manager
Your experience to qualify for the role:
Reliable
Experience supervising teams
Willing to go the extra mile
Used to working under pressure and to deadlines
Counterbalance licence
Team player
Salary:
£29,000 per annum
