Civil Preservation Sr. Project Manager

ViaSun Corporation is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Civil Preservation Sr. Project Manager to join our team. As the Civil Preservation Sr. Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of civil preservation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of civil preservation projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure the projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to deliver successful project outcomes.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to develop project specifications and address any concerns or issues.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Prepare accurate and detailed project reports, including financial performance, project milestones, and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the civil preservation industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. A proven track record of successful project delivery, knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and proficiency in project management software are also required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the civil preservation industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
PMP certification is preferred.
