M&A Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking talented attorneys with 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to join a leading law firm in either New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Chicago or Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in M&A, including expertise in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing the deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Strong M&A skills, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents.
Proven ability to manage the deal process and client relationships.
Experience supervising junior associates.
Ability to handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on various M&A matters.
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
Benefits
Salary Range: The expected annual pay range for this position is $295,000 - $370,000. The final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and the skillset of the candidate.
