Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in a biology-related field.
Prior experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry is preferred.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.
Fluency in both Chinese and English languages.
Strong knowledge and understanding of laboratory safety protocols and compliance.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage laboratory activities efficiently.
Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Proficient in data analysis and record-keeping.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with laboratory members and stakeholders.
