Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
Coordinate and oversee external audits and regulatory inspections.
Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational needs.
Monitor cash flow projections, analyze cash flow trends, and implement cash management strategies.
Cost Management and Control:
Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and overheads to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Implement cost control measures and monitor adherence to budgetary targets.
Financial Systems and Processes:
Evaluate, enhance, and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data.
Streamline financial workflows and automate routine tasks to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Risk Management:
Identify financial risks, assess their potential impact on business operations, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage financial risk exposures, including currency risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.
Requirements
Fluent in Chinese and English
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
