They are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join as a Remote Junior Accountant.
Job Description:
As a Remote Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial operations by assisting with various accounting tasks. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates who are quick learners, detail-oriented, and proficient with technology. While prior accounting experience is not required, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
No accounting experience or background? No problem! This is an entry level position we will train you on all the know-hows of day-to-day accounting responsibilities. What we are looking for is someone with a great personality, that is outgoing and comfortable in a client-facing environment.
The number one thing we are looking for is someone who learns quickly.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Onboarding new clients.
Generating monthly financial statements.
Working closely with clients, making real business decisions with clients who own and operate their own small business.
Training business owners in QuickBooks and basic accounting systems.
Our ideal candidate will:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good working knowledge of Excel
Keyboard and 10 key skills
Ability to learn quickly and multitask
Efficient and can work adequately with minimal supervision
Ability to grow and expand both in work and responsibility
Effective team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
