Responsibilities
Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Stay knowledgeable about the market trends and best practices
Present properties to potential buyers and address their questions or concerns
Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
