Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Banquet Department, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Coordinate banquet activities to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold 4 Diamond quality standards in food and service.
Provide leadership and direction to the service staff, including task assignments, coaching, and performance management.
Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance retention, promote loyalty, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
Conduct frequent inspections of event spaces to ensure proper setup and presentation.
Maintain a high level of staff effectiveness through communication, training, and development initiatives.
Implement event billing procedures, monitor inventory, and adhere to budgetary constraints to achieve financial objectives.
