About the role:
This role requires strong organizational, technical, and communications skills and a passion for the latest technology. The Desktop Support Engineer will be required to research issues and bring resolution to complex problems. 
The working hours are 7am to 3:30pm with rotational after-hour support. The role does sits as part of a broader team responsible for global desktop support and desktop engineering.  This role requires a five-day work week, with in-office presence.
The role will provide many learning opportunities such as Office 365 Administration, Exchange Online, MS Teams Administration, Endpoint Management (InTune), Azure and Active Directory Identity Administration.
Responsibilities:
Support Role:
o   Setup all video and audio conference calls among the offices
o   Support, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software on the trade floor. Software includes:
Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome
Trade applications including Bloomberg and X_Trader
Proprietary developed applications.
o   Perform PC workstation moves, add, changes. 
o   Responsible for maintaining the ticket queue and assign them to appropriate group as needed.
o   Respond to malware virus alert and take appropriate step to block, isolate, and mitigate risk exposure.
o   Involve with after hours on-call support rotation and Friday patching of PCs.
o   Providing onsite support, build relationships with Executives, Portfolio Managers and Infrastructure staff assisting them with questions, incidents and service requests.
Project Role:
o   Create package for automated deployment - globally deploy changes and remove software.
o   Create, deploy and troubleshoot Windows 10 images via MDT/WDS
o   PC migration to the cloud, create software layering packages, set profile setting and onboard users to Amazon Workspaces
o   Analyze and revamp current group policies.
Requirements
2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365 apps, automated software deployment system, Bloomberg, trading apps, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Deployment Service and, workstation patching.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a self-starter.
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
A keen eye for detail, a curious mindset, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Displays and operates at the highest degree of ethics and integrity.
Benefits
Salary Range: USD$65,000 - $90,000
