• The Oracle RMCS functional application lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle RMCS module, as well as providing post-implementation support and maintenance.
• The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions that meet their needs.
• The Oracle RMCS functional application lead will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
The ideal• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle RMCS.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in accounting and finance processes would be an added advantage.
Hybrid/Remote Structure: The ideal candidate is local and can spend 10 days a month on-site (2 working weeks) however if outside of area full remote can be considered
