Job Description
The Inside Sales & Contracts Coordinator is responsible for providing all day-to-day interaction with customers including receive customers’ initial contact or request.
This opportunity allows the Inside Sales & Contracts Coordinator to perform as a liaison to provide product and services information, answer questions, perform accurate order entry and maintenance activities.
Reporting to the Team Supervisor, this person will be providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, from receipt of RFQ or Purchase Order, to successful order shipment and delivery.
 
Experience Requirements
Strong Customer Service skills are a must, including phone calls and active listening.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels to different customer demeanors (verbal, written and presentation)
Ability to interact with customers on routine basis and must demonstrate a high level of Customer Service.
Must be able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - strong time management skills.
The Successful Candidate
Enter orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
Take responsibility for ensuring order entry accuracy and providing professional and timely updates to internal and external customers.
Motivated self-starter able to work independently and with a team.
Provide a timely review of all incoming requests for US Customer Services.
Review customer RFQs, for completeness including technical and commercial requirements.
Maintain a historical log in the appropriate system, complete with task assignment, priority and date(s) as directed.
