Inbox Health is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be a critical member of the marketing team play a large role in developing our go-to-market strategy and execution of marketing programs and campaigns to achieve demand goals and build/accelerate pipeline for the sales team.
Serious cross functional collaboration is the key to success for this role. You’ll be working with client success, communications, product, product marketing, sales, and analytics to execute the GTM strategies and optimize all the stages of marketing. We run our organization like an agile team. The top priority items are easily identifiable and everyone on the team rallies around those deliverables, and each other, on a regular basis.
To achieve those goals, this role will influence and execute demand generation programs across multiple marketing channels in partnership with channel owners and drive alignment with sales to ensure the health of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of various demand generation strategies, and a proven track record of driving lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive, cost-effective demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Lead Generation: Manage the end-to-end lead generation process, including identifying target audience segments, creating compelling content, and optimizing lead acquisition channels.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, webinars, events, etc.) to efficiently generate leads and nurture prospects.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content (ebooks, whitepapers, blogs, videos) that aligns with the buyer's journey and resonates with the target audience.
Marketing Automation: Utilize HubSpot’s marketing automation platforms to create automated lead-nurturing workflows, track campaign performance, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts across segments and proactively make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and provide them with high-quality, qualified leads.
Reporting and Metrics: Create and present regular reports on the performance of demand generation efforts to the executive team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Testing and Optimization: Continuously A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and other assets to optimize conversion rates and overall performance.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
