Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business and penetrate new markets. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in sectors such as hoardings for building sites and event displays.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Generate leads and convert sales through face-to-face meetings, telesales, and social media.

Work independently to create and follow up on sales opportunities.

Report to the Commercial Manager and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The Business Development Manager is expected to be on the road visiting clients 2-3 days a week.

Location: The role can be home-based and is not restricted to a specific location within the UK. The office is located in Washington, Tyne and Wear, with a satellite office in Oxford.

Office Visits: Monthly visits to the office are expected, or more frequently if there are significant projects or meetings.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of up to £45,000, with the potential for OTE of £70,000.

Proven experience in a business development role within the POS, display solutions, or a related high-energy industry.

Strong network and ability to generate new leads.
