Corporate Tax Manager

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well-respected Accountancy Practice, based in Maidstone, who are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate, working closely with the Tax Partners, will manage a corporate tax portfolio ranging from quoted groups, family businesses to smaller entrepreneurial businesses.

Key Responsibilities:-

Managing and developing the tax relationship of the clients in your portfolio.
Overseeing and managing the corporate tax compliance cycle of your clients.
Identify opportunities to take additional services to clients and contacts.
Considering and managing risk in all interactions with clients.
Take responsibility for all tax work on your client portfolio.
Develop, mentor and coach junior members of the team.Key Requirements:-

ACA/CTA or equivalent.
Good working knowledge of corporate tax and accounting on a range of compliance and advisory projects.
Proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
A good record of developing new work.Hybrid working offered.

Salary: Competitive and DOE.
