My client are seeking Customer Service Administrator to join their lovely team. The ideal candidate will have experience within either retail, customer service, or administration. Offering a starting salary of £23,500, plus monthly bonus, career progression opportunities and great benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Provide information about products and services to customers.
* Process orders effectively onto the system.
* Communicate with different departments within the business to ensure that orders are being managed effectively.
* Keeping up to date with latest product launches.
Skills:
* Enthusiastic with the ability to build excellent relationships.
* You will be highly organised with great communication skills.
* General admin / computer literacy skills.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Ability to work within a small team but also independently.
