About the opportunity
Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate and control the costs associated with a project from inception to completion. You collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to gather and analyse project specifications, plans, and drawings. Additionally, you play a crucial role in procurement activities, evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
About the benefits & rewards
The basic salary for the position is set between £45,000 and £55,000, depending on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. In addition to the attractive base salary, employees are eligible for a car allowance or a company car, providing convenience and flexibility for their commuting needs.
