Requirements
Produce Go-To-Market (GTM) analytics and reporting, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, win/loss analysis, performance to quota, as well as marketing funnel performance against plan and industry benchmarks 
Calculate and forecast variable compensation for the GTM team 
Maintain and update consolidated and product level budgeting and forecasting models
Provide analysis regarding period over period and actual vs. forecast performance 
Work with cost center owners to determine budgets, maintain and update these budgets throughout the year
Partner with the cost center owners on the annual and quarterly planning processes including headcount, capacity and expense planning 
Identify and report on operating metrics and identify areas for improvement. Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards, operating result packages and board materials 
Prepare management presentations for leadership to analyze results 
Qualifications 
3+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or revenue ops, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment 
Experience with a data-driven sales process 
Exposure to B2B SaaS businesses, metrics, and customer lifecycle. 
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders 
Financial modeling experience and a willingness to dig into the details
Collaborative mindset that can work well on structured tasks independently; driven and self-motivated 
Positive attitude and strong work ethic 
Bachelor’s in a related field degree required

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range: $90,000 - $110,000 . Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
