Agile Coach

For a big, international online retailer in Venlo, we are looking for an Agile coach that will lead scrum masters across the globe!
You will be part of the team which is responsible for global IT activities, and work with scrum masters from several domains around the world.

• As part of your role, you will be actively involved in various Agile meetings, such as planning, refinement, standup, and retrospectives, for all teams. It will be your responsibility to identify potential improvements and assess the status of the Agile Ways of Working (WoW).
• To better understand the needs, desired changes, and improvement areas of the department managers in relation to the WoW, you will need to consult with them and analyze feedback and observations. This will aid in identifying broader organizational improvements to be made in the WoW through the application of Agile principles.
• Defining solutions and suggesting organizational improvements to enhance the WoW. You will be required to coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Team Managers on how best to implement changes and improvements in the WoW to optimize results.
