Customer Service

I am working with a growing retailer who are expanding their team and searching for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities:

* You will be repsonsible for supporting customers with any questions or queries via a variety of avenues - telephone, livechat and email

* Processing orders with a high level of accuracy

* Responsible for dealing with any delivery questions or queries (speaking to couriers to find out arrival times)

* Become a product expert

* General administration duties.

Your skills:

* Experience working within customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills

* Able to work in part of a team and on your own initiative

* Complaint handling experience is desirable
