Our partner are an industry leading golf technology organisation and they are searching for a new Customer Service advisor to join their existing team.
What’s the package?
£22.5k per annum
25 days AL plus bank holidays

So what’s the role?
As a customer service advisor you will support a number of customer facing areas of the business via phone, email and web chat. If you are chatty and personable, this may be the one for you.
You will follow business processes to support things like warranty claims, and record cases on an online system. You’ll need to be pretty organised and record interactions accurately.
You’ll carry out some general administration for the sales team and retailers, actioning orders and recording data.
You’ll need good written communication, whether this be an email response, or the live web chats with customers.
Ultimately, you just need to be of a helpful disposition- dedicated to supporting customers as the face (or web based person) of the business. An interest in golf is helpful, but far from essential.
