Job Description:
As Training Advisors, you will engage with both potential and returning customers, offering guidance on the most suitable courses to meet their needs. This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include booking and promoting courses, managing a busy inbox to address inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and providing exceptional customer service. No prior experience in a training environment is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
