As the Reporting and Projects Lead/SAP Specialist, your role will involve:
Serving as the local Finance team's primary point of contact for day-to-day SAP queries and issues, ensuring best practise implementation and providing training.
Managing longer-term projects to optimise business performance.
Timely and accurate reporting of financials in OneStream for the site.
Collaborating with the Digital and Value Stream Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Supporting ad hoc projects across UK Finance and driving process improvements.To be successful in this role, you will need:
Background and interest in ERP systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Qualification or working towards a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to articulate financial problems to non-financial individuals.
Flexibility and a commitment to the success of the function and organisation.
Self-starter with a curious mind and a "can do" attitude.
