Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant
Isotopia is a global biotech company manufacturing key ingredients for pharmaceutical cancer drugs. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. You will be part of a family and a team, dedicated to our mission to deliver on our covenant with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including organizing and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
Assist in drafting and editing documents such as manufacturing procedures, training materials, and general business documents and forms.  repare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the executive team.
Acts as a project manager / lead for special projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and organizing meetings.
Organize and maintain department documents, data, and reports, as well as support the management and maintenance of regulatory correspondence with regulatory agencies such as the FDA and NRC.
Manage and maintain confidential files and records.
Participates in and/or coordinates functions, meetings, training sessions and special events; ensures timely implementation of scheduled events; arranges location and space; makes meal arrangements; provides invitations; assists with travel arrangements; and prepares agendas. 
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing office expenses.
Support other teams as needed, including HR, finance, and operations.
Executes other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Education and Skills:
Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Professional and positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
